P-Card Considerations

Fill in all credit card information on the G-1450 as you normally would for any other p-card purchase.

If your p-card is expiring soon, renew it before completing this form or use a card that will be valid far enough into the future.  Please make sure your credit card daily and monthly limits are sufficient to cover all fees and any other costs you may have pending, as H1B petitions may require several weeks to be processed both internally and at USCIS.

Please ensure your pro-card is authorized to charge merchant code 9399.

If the card information is not accurate, USCIS will reject the petition, which may result in a delayed start date or possible gaps in employment authorization.  A rejected petition is returned to us, which can take several weeks and until that point, we are not notified.
